By engaging with Webux and accessing our Shopify Plus development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Webux provides specialized eCommerce development, architecture, and consulting services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual Service Agreements. We commit to industry-standard quality and enterprise-level execution for all client stores.
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of custom code and unique assets created for your project is transferred to the client. Webux retains the rights to use non-confidential project milestones and anonymized metrics for agency portfolio purposes.
As a Shopify Plus Partner, Webux operates with total discretion. We protect your proprietary business strategies, revenue data, and store configurations as confidential information.
Webux is not responsible for damages resulting from third-party application errors, Shopify platform outages, or modifications made to the store by unauthorized personnel after project handover.
